2017 National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship

May 5-7, 2017 at Gulf Shores Public Beach

Bill’s By The Beach is just across the street from the National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship. It is perfect for accommodating large parties and offers you and your guests the opportunity to dine with a beach view. We have two dining rooms, Calloway accommodates 80 and Romeo accommodates 60. We have a fun “play area” underneath the restaurant to entertain the masses while you wait with a host of family games including Ping Pong tables, ladder golf, corn hole boards, washers, giant Jenga, and outdoor seating to enjoy our beach breeze and great view. Chef’s Table IX

Join us Wednesday, April 26, at 7pm for our next Chef’s Table, featuring wines paired with four course tapas by Chef Jon Gibson. The wine servings are 3oz taster size pours. Reservations are limited to 36. The cost is $48 per person. Reservations required 251-948-5227.

The Net proceeds from this Chef’s Table will be donated to benefit the families of the Gulf Shores Band Children hurt in the recent accident. Net proceeds are the sales revenue less the direct cost of food and beverages. We would like to thank the following vendors for their contributions, which reduce the direct cost of food & beverage, and hence positively increase the donation: M&J Wines; Evans Meats; Gulf Coast Produce.

Chef’s Table VIII

Our February Chef’s Table wine dinner was postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the Cooking Channel. Join us Wednesday, March 22, at 7pm for our next Chef’s Table, featuring traditional French wines from Jean-Paul Brun paired with three course meal by Chef Jon Gibson.
The Chef Table/Wine Dinner will benefit Destiny Brown, a dear friend of Bill’s By The Beach and Chef Jon who is experiencing kidney failure.  Destiny is a talented musician who has played at Bill’s in the past. Destiny is a featured editor at Gulf Coast Media, publisher of The Baldwin Times, The Onlooker, The Courier, The Islander, Beachin, The Buzz, The Alabama Gulf Coast Media Guide  and other publications. Net proceeds from our Dinner will go to Destiny to help offset her medical expenses.
