World Food Championship Chef Pairing Dinner

World Food Championships returns to Orange Beach in just two weeks, and we want to alert everyone to a NEW event this year — Chef Pairing Dinners!!! Five local restaurants have partnered with five out-of-state chefs who are coming in to compete at World Food Championships … creating special dinner menus that all benefit charities. Mark your calendars and make plans to get out and support these restaurants, chefs and their chosen charities!

Bill’s By The Beach will be hosting dinner on Thursday November 8, 2018 with Chef Rudy Rudolph and Chef Nick Theirs benefiting United Way Hurricane Relief.

Chef Rudy Rudolph is well known in Baldwin, Mobile and Escambia Counties having served as Executive Chef at Classic City Catering, Pensacola, FL.; Sous Chef at Jackson’s Steakhouse, Pensacola, FL. and as Executive Chef, Sunset Cork Room, Gulf Shores, AL. Rudy’s credentials include back to back top 10 finishes in the 2016 & 2017 World Food Championships; runner up Best Chef in Alabama, 2012; Honorary member of the James Beard Foundation, 2011- to present; and Best Chefs of America 2009 – 2015.

Chef Nick Theirs, is a Florida native with 14 years of experience as a chef. He holds two degrees of top honors from Le Cordon Bleu and has over 20 certifications in the culinary field. Chef Nick is an avid Culinary Competitor, he competes in competitions year-round that fuel his passion in the kitchen. He is the 2016 World Chef Champion and currently ranked #1 through the WFC. He has a strong passion for creating beautiful sculptures with ice along with fruits and vegetable sculptures. He is currently a Culinary Instructor of Virginia College and the American Culinary Federation’s Chapter Treasurer.
